Our delivery services are categorized and priced as follows;

For small items that weigh under 30kg and are available for delivery nationwide. - Local Delivery for Large Items: €25
For items that weigh over 30kg and are to be delivered within the local area. The local area is defined as within 35km radius of the Telfords Portlaoise Store located at eircode R32 PN8W. - Nationwide Delivery for Large Items: €49.99
For items that weigh over 30kg and are to be delivered outside the 35km distance from our store. ** Please note this delivery service is currently not an option but may be available at a later date.

1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days within the Republic of Ireland. However, during peak times like Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Christmas Season, delivery may take longer. We recommend placing your order as early as possible during these periods to avoid any delays.
2. Can I pick up my order in-store?Yes, we offer a Click and Collect option at our Portlaoise store. You can choose this option at checkout for a convenient and quick collection of your order.
3. How do I ensure my order will be delivered to my address?To ensure your order is delivered to the correct destination, please enter a valid eircode when providing your shipping address. The correct delivery option must be selected during checkout. If a delivery option is not available for your order, the only option to purchase the item will be by Click and Collect only.
4. What happens if my delivery is delayed?If your delivery is delayed beyond 21 days, you can contact us to cancel your order. We will provide a full refund for both the product and any associated delivery charges. However, Telfords Portlaoise Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs or losses due to delivery delays.
5. What if I entered incorrect shipping information?If incorrect shipping details are provided, Telfords Portlaoise Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Do I need to be present for delivery?Yes, someone will need to be present to sign a signature to say the order has been received and is in satisfactory condition. Once signed off, the products become the customers sole responsibility.

days, you have the option to contact us and decline the order. In such instances,
we will issue a full refund for both the products in your order and any associated delivery charges.
However, please note that Telfords Portlaoise Ltd is not liable for any
additional losses, costs, damages, or charges that may arise due to delivery
days or non-supply of products.
Upon delivery of your order, you will be required
to sign off on the receipt of the products to say they were received and in satisfactory condition, after which they become the customers sole
