EVO-STIK Lead and Gutter Silicone Sealant is a low modulus, neutral cure sealant, which is suitable for high movement joints that are exposed to extreme weather, such as sealing and pointing of lead flashing, joints in gutters and downpipes, and overlaps in rigid sheet roofing.
EVO-STIK Lead and Gutter Silicone Sealant sealant is tough, flexible and highly waterproof, and will bond to most building materials without the use of a primer. It gives excellent adhesion to most common building substrates, such as lead, anodised and mill finish metals, painted steel, cast iron, brick, tile, slate, timber, and most plastics including uPVC. EVO-STIK Trade Only Lead and Gutter Silicone Sealant is ideal for use in exterior high movement joints which are exposed to the extremes of weather e.g. sealing and pointing lead flashing, sealing joints in gutters and downpipes, sealing overlaps in rigid sheet roofing. It is also suitable for high movement joints in building applications e.g. between blockwork, brick, concrete and masonry, and can also be used for perimeter sealing of PVCu, aluminium and hardwood frames. It has a good adhesion to painted wood, ceramic, enamel and stainless steel and many plastics. It is water, weather and UV resistant.
