EVO-STIK Rapid Mitre Fix is designed to bond picture-frame mitre joints. However, it is suitable for bonding porcelain, many rubbers, most common metals, some types of jewellery and most plastics. EVO-STIK Rapid Mitre Fix has a higher viscosity than most 'superglues' and this in conjunction with its fast setting allows it to be used to bond porous materials, such as wood. However, like most adhesives EVO-STIK Rapid Mitre Fix will not bond polyethylene (Polythene) or polypropylene. EVOSTIK Rapid Mitre Fix forms a very hard bond and is unsuitable for bonding soft fabric, card and paper, and other thin flexible materials. It is not intended for repairing containers that hold hot liquids and it should not be used near bitumen
