Over Fascia Vents are an unabtrusive method of providing ventilation in a range of eaves details, including those without a projecting soffit.
The Over Fascia Ventilator is extremely strong to resist the weight of tiles and crushing by foot traffic. They are lightweight and resistant to both corrosion and rotting. The integral 4mm grill prevents entry of large insects or rodents into the roof space. Suitable for buildings with or without soffit overhang in new, refurbishments and in buildings with corbelled eaves situations. The use of over-fascia vents allow for the use of shallower fascia boards. Over Fascia Vents must be used with Rafter Ventilators to provide a continuous ventilation path from roof void to outside.
